You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
🚫 Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
- Intimate, sanitary, or personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

🎯 Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale.
🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products. To request an exchange, contact us at contact@igflshop.com.
🎁 Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit for the return value. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
📦 Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
