We made not only increased performance a priority but also improved rider visibility, so we designed an all new optical lens and housing with front corner cutouts to allow drastically more light be visible when viewed from either side – and this all without any reduction in quality of forward illumination or beam pattern.
Constructed of aluminum the E-Lume housing is strong and lightweight as well as an efficient thermal conductor which effectively reduces heat buildup thus helping maintain cooler temperatures for optimal battery performance and consistent light output.
Light output of the E-Lume 1000 is sent through a single optical lens creating a powerful beam with strong front illumination and excellent side visibility.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse in Miami for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our store to the destination in US, orders are shipped by USPS Postal Service or UPS depending on the shipping you requested. After processing and leaving the store, items usually take between 3 and 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time, specially during this Pandemic.

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
